Biography

My name is Ovi Nasui. I was born in a town in Romania during the time of the communist dictator Ceausescu. Even during that time I was surrounded by positive influences in my life. My father who has impacted my life in a huge way was a business owner, and was doing extremely well even in that time period. We had a good life, and were blessed to be living in a nice home and drive a nice car.  We were however not satisfied with our life there and wanted more.  That is the beauty of having a vision, and dreaming about creating a better life.

My family and I moved to the United States in the early 90′s and have lived here ever since.  We left everything we had in Europe due to the quick move, and when we arrived in the United States we had nothing but our luggage. My mother was a Nurse and was able to land a good job working as an in home caregiver where we lived also for a short while.  My father worked extremely hard in the hopes of saving some money to create something very special.  We then slowly started moving up.  We moved to an apartment complex where we actually lived for seven years.  It was great for saving money and slowly furthering ourselves yet again.  Shortly after moving into the Apartment complex my Dad started his first business in the US and with hard work things started going and working in our favor.  Things started looking up from there.

When I was younger I went to a small private school, but my passion has always been ingenuity and creating something that is different, and my own. In Junior High I started a little business selling CDs a snacks to people, and would make just enough money for little fun stuff.  Through out the years I did many small things like that to just make a buck.  I always did ok in school, but I knew it wasnt for me. I Never really liked the idea of being a follower and a sheep. So the moment I turned 18 I knew I wanted to do something unique, and really be different than all the other kids.  While others were going out partying and going nuts, I would work on properties and look for investments.  At that early age I was able to purchase a few homes in Arizona, and make a fantastic profit in the six digits. This incident truly made me see that I was not meant for a “job” and for schooling.

I dropped out of college after 3 semesters, and have never looked back.  I realized that if I wanted a “comfortable” life just getting by and being the boring person most people are, then school was the way to go.  But I wanted to follow my dreams, and I wanted to do something so much more.  I always dreamed of having a fantastic life of freedom, and wealth.  That is what I started fighting for, and the journey has been a truly exciting one. After dropping out of college more investments in real estate came my way, and I started purchasing properties around the country.  Not only that, but I started investing in an industry that seemed to be one of the fastest growing industries at that time and now.  That industry was the Elderly Care Industry.  Because of my involvement in the Elderly Care sector I was asked to do some public speaking and training for some well known educational companies ( REIS, James Smith Company, Get Motivated, and spoke only a few times for Wealth Rock ) Because speaking took so much time away from my schedule I decided to no longer do that.  I quit to continue expanding my businesses, and get other new fun projects going.

Now I am so excited to work from my homes in South Florida, and California and get to spend time with friends family, and meet exciting new people doing what I love to do.  Life is so awesome and it is always an adventure.  I currently invest in things such as Residential Care Facilities, Oil, Stocks, Currency, and other new Business ventures. My journey has truly only begun, and I am very excited for what the future will bring.

Remember that the only thing that can stop you from achieving your dreams is you.  Go out and get it done people!
