Monterey Car Week

This last weekend Myself and a great group of friends went out to Monterey Car Week. Its was a blast and I can honestly say better even than the year before. Spanning the spectrum of sonic style, the music covers every genre imaginable and smashes it all into a synthesis of intense, wobbling basslines and hypnotic soundscapes.

Whether remixing, collaborating, writing, DJing, performing live, or working on constant social networking, Bassnectar’s music is the lure and social impact is the sincere intention. Bassnectar’s most recent releases are Cozza Frenzy (2009), Timestretch (2010), Wildstyle (2010), and Divergent Spectrum (2011). Through his self-run Amorphous Music label and studio, he has remixed/collaborated with the likes of Ellie Goulding, Gogol Bordello, KRS-One, Perry Farrel, Fever Ray, Spearhead, STS9, and Buckethead; as well as created various remix projects with producers such as Z-trip, Diplo, BT, ill.Gates, 6Blocc, DJ Vadim, RJD2, and Jantsen.

Along the way, the Bassnectar tour has headlined stops at some of the most noted venues in the country, touring with a wall of sound and light show to match. After a long line of sell-out shows, Bassnectar never fails to gather monster crowds on the festival circuit. Euro Sunday Sacramento

So this past weekend. I finally had time to get together with friends and join in on the Euro Sunday event. Met up with the whole ActivFilms crew and a bunch of other friends at peets coffee in granite bay california and then took off in a group of a few cars. On our little drive down to the event we had 3 ferrari F430′s, A Dodge Viper piloted by the guitarist of the rock band Papa Roach, a BMW M5, a Maserati Quattroportte, a classic Shelby GT500 mustang, and my Mercedes S Class. Was a blast and when we got down to the event we had a good time chatting with other car enthusiasts and checking out some of the great cars there. Enjoy this video of part of our drive down there. Poor Romania

So the misconception about Romania is that the country is extremely poor. The media portrays Romania as a country that all it has to offer is Gypsies and Orphans. Well truth be told that yes as there are poor people there as there is in the US, South America, Asia, and everywhere else around the world, Romania has some very wealthy individuals also. Many of which are business owners who have worked hard and smart to achieve what they have. Here is a little video proving how poor romania really is. This video is in front of the Rex Hotel in Mamaia, by the black sea. Some of the cars include the Mclaren Mercedes SLR 722, Ferrari F430, Lamborghini LP640, and a whole lot more. Enjoy.
